A New Campus, a Historic College
The Sioux Falls campus represents a recent addition to a 130-year-old career college system. Globe University and Minnesota School of Business, now operating cooperatively as Globe University/Minnesota School of Business (GU/MSB), have been providing career training since the 19th Century.
Classrooms and labs are designed to promote close student-instructor relationships and hands-on learning, hallmarks of the college’s student-centered approach to instruction. The college continues to fulfill the founders’ vision of providing students with practical skills that translate directly into rewarding career opportunities. A few examples:
- The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program emphasizes managerial leadership principles. From the first day of class, students apply those principles in professional settings.
- GU/MSB offers the first Veterinary Technology program in the Sioux Falls area.
- Vet tech students assist in surgeries and procedures in a fully equipped veterinary suite on campus.
Massage therapy students learn the most advanced modalities in their profession.
