Online admissions

If you have already decided that our Sioux Falls college is right for you, you can apply online. If you have questions when you complete the online form, you can contact an admissions representative or our online help desk for assistance.

Prior educational experience

Students often have questions about credit for prior learning or for work-related or military training. Students may transfer up to 75 percent of required credits from other institutions. This amount that can be transferred varies by program, so prospective students should contact an admissions representative for more information. Credit for prior learning is based on the educational quality of the first institution and whether the courses are applicable to the student’s Globe University program.

Proud to help military students

Globe University-Sioux Falls provides special programs for veterans, active duty military personnel and their dependents. We have dedicated military student services staff who are retired Army NCOs. They understand students’ concerns and are available to help military students with the admissions process. They will also answer any questions about obtaining military educational benefits and transferring military training credits. A few features of our services for military students include:

  • Special scholarships just for military personnel
  • Online options that allow students to take classes anywhere, anytime – even in a war zone
  • Maximum credit for CLEP exams and ACE-recommended training

Our scholarships and grants include military scholarships, scholarships just for graduating seniors and others for students in specific programs. An admissions representative can advise you about eligibility and application requirements for these scholarships as well as about other sources of financial aid.
