Human resources – a challenging job
To be an effective manager of human resources, you need to understand your specific field and how it fits into the larger organization. You must understand employment law, be aware of psychology and pay attention to cultural differences. You need well-developed negotiating and communication skills, and an awareness of the organizational impact of an HR program.
